1 About Cabin Reset

Cabin Reset is operated by Danish Qadri, trading as Cabin Reset, at shopcabinreset.com. In these Terms, “Cabin Reset,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Danish Qadri in that capacity.

2 Using our store

These Terms describe the conditions for using our store and purchasing products from Cabin Reset. Please read them together with the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy linked below before placing an order. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

3 Products and prices

Review the product description, selected variant, quantity, price, shipping options, and order total before completing checkout. Shipping availability depends on the item and destination. Display colors can vary; this does not limit your rights if a product is defective or does not match its description.

Product information, prices, and availability may change for future orders. A later change does not, by itself, alter an existing order or reduce the rights that apply to it.

4 Orders and payment

Review the order details and total before completing checkout, and keep your order confirmation. Use your order number when contacting us about a purchase.

For a correction or cancellation request, contact support@opscommandfoundry.com promptly. Address changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain the process. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law continue to apply.

5 Supplier fulfillment and shipping

Cabin Reset works with partner suppliers that fulfill orders directly. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages, on different dates, with separate tracking information. Shipping charges may reflect more than one shipment.

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on the cart and delivery address. Availability varies by product and destination. P&S Carpet Bomber is available for delivery within the United States only.

Processing and transit times vary by supplier, item, and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping confirmation and available tracking information are sent to the email address provided at checkout when an order is fulfilled.

For an address correction, delayed or missing package, or damaged item, contact support@opscommandfoundry.com with your order number. Include photos of damage and packaging when available. We review the issue with the fulfilling supplier. Address changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started. This does not restrict cancellation, refund, or other rights required by applicable law.

6 Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. Contact support@opscommandfoundry.com with your order number, item, and reason. Wait for authorization, a label, and the correct return address before sending anything back. Different brands may require separate returns.

For approved returns of products in our current collection, the supplier provides a label without a return-label or restocking fee. Original outbound shipping is not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after review; payment-provider posting can take additional time. Cabin Reset reviews supplier-declined or canceled returns with you.

7 Safe and lawful use

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s information. Follow the product’s instructions and warnings. These conditions do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8 Personal information

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared in connection with the store. Please read it for details and privacy contact information. These Terms do not replace any consent required by applicable privacy law.

9 Store content

Product names, trademarks, images, and other content may belong to Cabin Reset, its suppliers, or other rights holders. Using the store does not transfer ownership of that content. This provision does not restrict uses permitted by law.

10 Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer right, legal guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Supplier fulfillment does not remove obligations that applicable law places on Cabin Reset as the seller.

If you have a concern about an order, you can contact support@opscommandfoundry.com. Contacting us does not prevent you from using any complaint process, court, or other remedy available under applicable law.

11 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the store and future orders. The effective date identifies the current version. Updates do not retroactively reduce the rights or change the terms that apply to an existing order, unless a change is required by law or otherwise validly agreed.

Mandatory law takes priority over any inconsistent policy term. The Shipping Policy supplies shipping details and the Refund Policy supplies return and refund details; these Terms do not shorten the return window or remove the protections stated in those policies.
